Eighty-first King of the Middle Kingdom.
Sir Radagaisus Vidigoia Balthus (Called Rutgur) is an active fighter and member of House Darkyard, he was a squire to Master Sir Trelogin Tavistok of that House. In addition to the kingdom and Cleftlands Baronial awards, Rutgur has received two awards from the Barony of Roaring Wastes, The Chalice and Baron's Favor (which came with land!) and had served as one of Her Majesty Guenievre's Queen's Guard. During the seasons of Pennsic 33-34 (2004-2005), Rutgur served the Cleftlands as its Standard Bearer and was one of the many Oaken Ironmen. Rutgur fought on the Pennsic Unbelted Champions Team for seven years. Less known is the fact that Rutgur is fond of sewing and made many of his own coptic tunics.
