Carraig Ban is a Barony in the Midlands Region of the Middle Kingdom. Physically it is located in the environs of DeKalb, Illinois.

Carraig Ban is the oldest Barony in the Midlands region, and is the sixth oldest Barony in the Kingdom.

Heraldry History

The name Barony of Carraig Ban was registered with the SCA College of Heralds in July 1979.
The heraldic device was registered in March 1989.
