Crown Tournament: October 28, 1978 in Northwoods. Laurelen defeated Alen Elegil in the finals.

Coronation: May 5, 1979 in Cleftlands on the campus of Case Western Reserve University, Mather quad. King Laurelen stepped away from the traditional ceremony slightly by stepping down from the dias and presenting his Queen with her Crown amongst her people and then the two returned to the dais. Note: EikBrandr I paid homage to this when he did the same for his Coronation.
