Balian de Brionne, CDH, CW, APF, AoA is the seneschal of the Shire of Stormvale and a marshal of the field for armored combat. He joined the SCA in 1982 and was the original seneschal of Stormvale that fall. He has served as Escutcheon and Rouge Scarpe Herald. He cooks many feasts for Stormvale events.
