Historical Notes: The rose cloak bears a large rose and dragon in its center, bordered by the arms of all past queens of the Midrealm. The cloak is passed down each time a new Rose is made. Duchess Rebekah and a talented staff [nicknamed "Rebekah's Sweatshop"] in Barony of Roaring Wastes maintain the cloak and add new arms each time a new member is added to the Order of the Rose.
