Classes

Classes (sometimes called A&S Classes) can happen at events, group or guild meetings or as scheduled by members of the populace. Classes can be on any of the range of activities practiced in the SCA from Dancing to Costuming to Armoured Combat and target archery and everything in between!

Classes are a great way to learn, though no substitute for doing your own research. The only criteria for teaching in the SCA is to step forward and volunteer to teach so your milage may vary by instructor. Members of the Order of the Laurel are frequent and authoritative teachers.

Some events are designed around classes such as the Royal University of the Midrealm.
