Order Secretary

Each of the Peerage Orders of the Middle Kingdom has an Order Secretary.
The Order Secretary:
- Acts as a liaison between the Order and the Crown
- Takes notes at meetings and publishes them to the Order afterward
- Administers the polling of the order
- Manages the Order mailing list and website
- Manages candidate information shared with the Order
All communication sent to the Secretaries is shared with the Order, if requested, via email. Occasionally, Their Royal Majesties may include other communication that is to be shared on a candidate's page, or via email.
