Areas of Interest
Master Raphael is best known for his study of sixteenth century Italian martial arts. His main areas of focus are the rapier of Nicoletto Giganti as well as the sidesword and longsword of the Bolognese tradition. He is also familiar with the art of Destreza as taught by Pacheco, as well as the early fifteenth century martial system of Fiore dei Liberi.
