Thrown Weapons Champion

The Thrown Weapons Champion exemplifies someone with the highest skill in Thrown Weapons challenges. There are several different types of Thrown Weapons Champions known in the Middle Kingdom:

• Kingdom Thrown Weapons Champion - The King and Queen will often select a personal Thrown Weapons Champion that serves for the duration their reign. The position of the Kingdom Thrown Weapons Champion varies with each royal couple. Most often the Champion serves in the same sort of capacity as the Rapier and Heavy Weapons champions, and like his/her fellow champions is inducted into the Order of the Royal Vanguard at the end of the reign, though this is up to Royal discretion.

• Pennsic Thrown Weapons Champion - Each year, a team of the best throwers are selected to compete for the Middle Kingdom at the Pennsic War. The Captain of the Thrown Weapons Team of the Middle Kingdom selects these Thrown Weapons Champions with the input of the Crown. These Thrown Weapons Champions are listed on the Pennsic Thrown Weapons Champions page.

• Group Thrown Weapons Champion - Individual Baronies and Shires may chose a Thrown Weapons Champion to represent their groups as they see fit.
