Pennsic Thrown Weapons Champions

Every year at Pennsic, there is a head-to-head competition at the thrown weapons range between two teams of 15. This competition is usually the East & allies versus the Midrealm & allies. The team captain for one side will call out a champion to compete, and the other team then picks who from their team will compete. For the next match up, the teams switch the order in which they call out their champions, and this cycle continues to alternate for the entire competition.
The target consists of a large set of boards, about 8x3 feet, that resembles the top of picnic table standing vertically. The board is white with 10 colored spots of various sizes and colors. Each circle is numbered and the center circle also has a large “S” or has “spear” written on it. Each competitor has their own target to throw at. The champions alternate throwing axes or knives until there have been 20 throws of each, retrieving between each round. In case of a tie, spears are used, and the champion who gets their spear closest to the circle marked “spear” wins.
The team that wins the most head-to-head matchups earns a War Point for their side.
