Duct tape

Stout gray adhesive tape used to wrap rattan weapons and their padding, and also for emergency armor repairs. Sometimes other colors of duct tape are used for weapons.

Duct tape is a frequent source of humor in the SCA. It is jocularly referred to as 'the Force' ("it has a light side and a dark side and it holds the universe together".) In other kingdoms, it is also referred to as 'miracle wrap'.
