Persona
Isobella was born somewhere in the Lowlands of Scotland near the English border in the 12th or 13th century. She is the mother of two children Lochlan Gray and Fiametta Gray. Isobella left her homeland and finds herself now living amongst Vikings, after running away with her children to avoid an arranged marriage by her father and her brother. Isobella is content living with her Viking friends, learning their skills and trading her goods for pretty things that they bring her back from their raids, which keep her in things like the pretty dresses that she loves.
Occasionally, Isobsella ends up time travelling because she likes ALL the pretty dresses to wear and sometimes she cannot decide for sure what century she is really living in.

Interests and SCA-related hobbies
Lady Isobella enjoys sewing garb and drafting her own patterns and developing her skill in sewing. She is learning tablet weaving and continues to develop her weaving skills through any classes that she can attend. She is also currently attempting to learn nalbinding. She enjoys jewelry making and is endeavoring to learn more skills to elevate her jewelry work. She enjoys other textile work such as the lucet and has learned to make her own lucet forks. Isobella enjoys sewing garb from many different time periods, so you may see her in a variety of dress.
Lady Isobella recently learned glass bead making and has been taking mundane classes to elevate her glasswork in and out of the SCA as well as reigniting her interest in embroidery and becoming a member of The Honorable Company of Embroiderers.
Isobella also enjoys teaching classes and is interested in medieval sumptuary laws. She enjoys historical research and helping others in their research.

Isobella loves period vine work and strawberries. She is also a fan of goldwork. Her favorite flowers are roses, calla lilies, and lilacs. She has a Dachshund that travels almost everywhere with her that is her constant companion. She is not limited to just these.
