About
A large household from the Roaring Wastes area which has fielded a large and respected unit at the Pennsic War for some years. The household has a Romano-Celtic theme. Darkyard is a member of the larger umbrella fighting unit that incorporates a number of households within the Pentamere Region known as Legio Draconis. Their famed battle-cry in the melee field is "Darkyard!", often shouted as the precursor to a dramatic charge.
The household was started by Forgan Aurelius, Bladewyn, and Justinian in the early 1980s.
