Persona
16th Century German widow living in Bern Switzerland. Born in 1440. Met and fell for a Swiss mercenary Captain on his way home to Bern from the Franco-Burgundian War in 1465. She ran off with him to Switzerland. Her husband, Hauptmann Jost Mailander's, fortune was made in the spoils from the Swiss-Burgundian War, which she inherited when he passed suddenly in 1487.
