This needs to be investigated.

The Order of Precedence, the Kingdom website, and MiddleWiki all say Feb 1974 Gillian Olafsdottir d'Uriel was the first person in the Order of the Silver Oak.

However, Duchess Ithriliel's own testimony states she had the Order created in 1979. Also, in the OP no one else has the award until 1979.

I have reached out to Ealdormere to get in contact with Mistress Gillian Olafsdottir d'Uriel and am preparing a letter to MK Clerk of OP and Chronicler to be sent once I have more information
