I reorganized this entry considerably, and I am uneasy about one point: whether the plain GoA may still be given for anything other than service as a kingdom officer. While the Minister of Protocol page still says yes, Kingdom Law seems more restrictive and the entry as edited is correct as I understand it. I'm certainly willingly to be corrected on the point. - Balian
