There was a brief controversy in the Kingdom over the term "Uber-cards" when they first came out.

Even though this term was never *officially* used for fighter cards, it was used often in casual conversation and once by the Kingdom Earl Marshal (Sir Randolph Lee at the time, I believe) in a Pale letter. This sparked outrage in a very small but vocal minority that took offense at the "Uber" part of the term, liking it to Nazi Germany. This "controversy" quickly faded away, as most, I believe, realized that no harm was ever intended and that those who were offended where taking "PC" a little too far.

Nevertheless, the term has seemed to fall out of favor, and is used much less frequently.
