Verse 1: 8 sliding steps left, turn in place, 8 sliding steps right, turn in place
Chorus: Men double in, take hands and run in a circle, then return to place, women do likewise.

The men go in and they clap, the women go in and they clap, the men go in and don't clap, they turn themselves to home.

The women go in and clap, the men go in and clap, the women go in and don't clap, they turn themselves to home.

Verse 2: Side right, turn in place, side left, set and turn
Chorus 2: Same as first chorus, only roles reversed
Verse 3: Arm right, turn in place, arm left, set and turn
