The Order of the Gryphon's Spear is an Baronial award that is given in the Barony of Flaming Gryphon. This award is given by the baron and/or baroness for excellence in the arts martial. The five principal members are known as the Gold Company.

As a Baronial Award, this Award does not convey Precedence.
