Things Eastern; that is, from the East Kingdom, or modeled after that kingdom's traditions.

The Middle Kingdom is generally regarded as an outgrowth of the Eastern tradition. The primary noted difference between the Western and Eastern rites is that the traditions of the East (and the Middle Kingdom by extension) include a kingdom law that the Crown cannot disregard at whim, while in the Western tradition the Crown's word is law.
